Cancellation & Refund Policy | D-Tabata

At D-Tabata Fitness Center, we are committed to delivering high-quality health and fitness services. We value your time and trust, and in return, we strive to maintain transparent and fair cancellation and refund practices.

Program Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel a fitness program, training package, or wellness session, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 24 hours of enrollment.
  • If you cancel a session (personal training or group class) with less than 12 hours' notice, it may be marked as completed and non-refundable.

Program Cancellation by D-Tabata

D-Tabata reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, session, or program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance and offered:

  • An option to reschedule the session
  • A full refund for the canceled service

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • One-on-one consultation fees
  • Customized diet or training plans
  • Any services availed or partially availed

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Membership Transfers

Memberships are non-transferable. However, in special cases (e.g., medical conditions), you may contact our support team to discuss alternative solutions.
