Thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your email regarding your request for a refund of ₹4,499 for the Normal Plan.

We understand that your schedule has become quite demanding due to your work abroad and night shifts, and we appreciate you sharing your situation with us. However, we would like to respectfully clarify DTabata’s refund policy.

Our policy stipulates that refunds are processed only in instances where there has been a failure to deliver the service or a technical error on our part. As is standard practice with service-based subscriptions—similar to gym memberships or educational tuitions—fees are collected for the access and reservation of the service. Consequently, we cannot issue a refund based on a client's lack of time, personal disinterest after purchase, or a preference to switch to an offline alternative.

While we understand you have not utilized the service yet, the resources and platform access have been reserved for you since the purchase. We genuinely believe that our program can be effective, and we strongly suggest you try out the features available to you before making a final judgment.

Since there has been no service failure or error on our end, we are unable to process the refund.
